The Name has a Story
The name and logo both are testament to this ethos — “PeopleI” reflects our vision of putting People first and bigger and I as a key multiplier.
The word “People” represents our belief in the collective power of individuals for People’s blissful living, while the letter “I” stands for Individuality, Inclusivity, Innovation, and above all, India 🇮🇳.
PeopleI TrustTM is named to represent both, our foundation and our aspiration — to earn the trust of people, in everything we build, everyday so that people can proudly say, “These are People I can Trust”.
Our vision is not merely to create successful ventures, but to create an ecosystem that doesn’t exist merely to transact — but to build trust, relationships, and belonging that endure far beyond business.

As founders, and purpose driven entrepreneurs, we made a conscious and voluntary decision to pledge our entire equity to the Trust. Not out of compliance or compulsion, but pure conviction.
This ensures that PeopleI remains truly independent, ethical, and purpose-driven — forever aligned with the good of people at large. 99% of PeopleI Ventures, the apex holding and principal investment entity, is owned by PeopleI TrustTM and operates with a guiding principle “What benefits the people, benefits the individual and the business”. It will venture into businesses that help people uplift, live better — in every sense and promote Blissful Living — a vision where individuals and communities thrive emotionally, socially, and economically.
Through strategic investments and ethical growth advisory, PeopleI Ventures acts as the hands and mind of the group, turning trust into transformation and purpose into measurable impact.

As a founding principle, every venture under PeopleI pledges 1% of its Revenue — not profits, but revenue — for social good, irrespective of financial outcomes.
We did not create the First % as a campaign. We created it as a way of life. As founders, we are the first signatories and lifelong members of the First % movement — committing the first 1% of equity and revenue, of everything we build, for people, forever.
This contribution, channelled through First% initiative, empowers initiatives in education, healthcare, livelihood, and sustainability, enabling communities to live with dignity and opportunity.
