To ensure that PeopleI^TM remains truly independent, ethical, and purpose-driven for generations, founders anchored the group in a legendary trust-owned structure and pledged 99% equity to the Non-Profits. And this is not out of any compliance or compulsion, but pure conviction and conscience to ensure that PeopleI^TM remains forever aligned with the PURPOSE.

The Trust doesn’t invest any capital nor takes any profits. Never has and Never Will. As conscience, trust always inspires and guides us as a guardian and custodian to build with integrity, operate with empathy, and invest with purpose. The Trust gets back dividends for its social good initiatives.

Beyond Vision and Mission

At PeopleI, we choose not to define a conventional vision or mission. Inspired by the teachings and philosophy of INDIA, we believe that work must be done as Dharma — with sincerity, discipline, and devotion — without attachment to outcomes. We act with full responsibility, ambition, and effort. We measure our work, learn continuously, and strive for excellence. But we do not anchor ourselves to fixed outcomes or chase results anxiously. Our role is to do the work — honestly, ethically, and wholeheartedly + we find bliss in the doing. What follows is not ours to control, and we accept whatever follows, with humility and gratitude — as per time, circumstance, and divine order.

This way of working leads to what we call Blissful Living — not as a reward at the end of a journey, but as a state experienced throughout it. When there is no anxiety of outcomes and no ego of achievement, work becomes joyful, teams become grounded, and purpose becomes sustainable. This does not make us less ambitious. It makes us steadfast, grounded, and free. We work for purpose. We leave outcomes to time.
